I am Alexander Costa, a registered physiotherapist with a background in personal training, strength and conditioning, and tennis coaching. Before qualifying as a physiotherapist, I spent several years working in exercise-based injury rehabilitation, which helped me develop a deep understanding of movement, performance, and recovery.
This experience allows me to bridge the gap between traditional physiotherapy and functional strength training, helping my clients not only overcome pain but also perform at their best.

Miss Georgia Davolls
Since graduating from The British School of Osteopathy in 2019 (now the HSU), I have worked alongside a specialist physiotherapist in Kensington as well as in a busy and established clinic in Molesey. Alongside this for the last two years I have supervised Osteopathy students as a clinic tutor at the university which has been a rewarding experience.
I have worked with multiple patients with complex case histories, tailoring my care approach to the individual to get to the root of their condition and improve their quality of life. My structural osteopathic approach includes supplementing hands-on treatment (joint articulation, mobilisation, soft tissue release, strengthening exercises) with patient education and lifestyle advice.
The passion I have for osteopathy comes from wanting to promote a positive mindset and change people’s lives when it comes to their outlook on health and their ability to influence it for the better. I grew up watching my family members struggling with pain and poor mobility due to arthritis. I found myself thinking this can’t be it? Osteopathy gave me the knowledge and tools to manage this common condition and many others. I now make it my priority to educate you on your health, what it really means to manage injuries, MSK conditions and live a life without pain.

I’m a yoga teacher passionate about helping others connect with themselves through movement, breath, and mindfulness.
Originally from Canada, I have worked in healthcare since 2005 and gained my Foot Health Practitioner qualification in 2015. My work has always centred around helping people feel better in their bodies.
My journey with yoga began over 20 years ago as a personal practice. In 2024, following redundancy, I followed my intuition and travelled to India for intensive teacher training rooted in Ashtanga yoga. That experience deepened not only my personal practice but my commitment to sharing yoga with others. I now teach Hatha yoga, offering classes that are accessible, grounding, and designed to support both physical and mental wellbeing. Whether you’re just beginning or returning to the mat, I aim to create a welcoming space for exploration and growth.
When not on the mat or in clinic, you’ll find me hiking, cooking, or planning my next travel adventure with my husband.
Join me on the mat — let’s explore the benefits of yoga together.

I qualified in 2016 as a clinical sports and remedial massage therapist. I joined the prestigious Bridgeham clinic in 2017, working closely alongside osteopaths and other medical professionals. The clinics philosophical approach of offering patient centred healthcare really resonated with me.
After a year in clinic I realised some of the limitations of my treatments and after being mentored and inspired by Jo Strutt I decided to study Pilates rehabilitation. I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2018 in both Mat and Machine and have been combining the manual therapy techniques alongside the Pilates rehabilitation to give the best well rounded treatment to my patients.
To further my understanding of the body’s anatomy & physiology and also to learn advance Osteopathic manipulative technique (OMT), I decided to study Osteopath, thanks to Trevor Strutt who has selflessly mentored and inspired me throughout my time at the clinic. I am currently an Osteopathy Student at the London School of Osteopathy (LSO) and have been using the knowledge and understanding to continuously update and improve my clinical practice.

After a successful career in teaching, I retrained in acupuncture when I moved to the South Coast in 2012 looking for some new challenges and a different pace of life. I’d had some acupuncture treatments myself and was blown away by the effects. I took a BSc Hons in Acupuncture at the International College of Oriental Medicine. I’m constantly delighted by the effects of acupuncture improving the health and wellbeing of my clients.
My change of career has led me to constantly discover new and interesting things – different techniques, the benefits of vitamin injections and fertility support.
